01 — Balanced Leader
This program is designed for leaders in existing roles who are looking for a facilitated space to explore personal and professional ideas or challenges affecting their wellbeing. These sessions are offered according to International Coaching Federation standards.

02 — Career Change for Wellbeing
Designed to initiate the next career chapter, this program offers an opportunity to level up, pivot, craft and/or reinvent your work life. With all the disruption of a post-pandemic labour market, this coaching experience will offer new skill in increasingly frequent career transition and have you feeling prepared for making present and future moves to promote wellbeing.
Discovery Phase: Figure out what is working and what isn’t and how to re-align with who you are
Create a career profile and scorecard that capture key personal criteria for career decisions
Gain insight through evidence-based assessment and thought exercises to describe yourself
Learn a repeatable process for understanding career alignment to building self-awareness
Re-design Phase: Craft or identify a role and/or new ways of working that work better for you
Sketch and mind map pathways available to you based on what you learn in phase 1
Research and vet options through career experimentation to clarify your thinking
Decide what to leave behind (old self, habits, cycles) and create a career wellbeing plan
Generative Phase: Take strategic action on generating and actualizing new opportunities
Learn best practices for job search, personal branding using tools to accelerate results
Implement career wellbeing practices to reduce the impact of self-sabotaging behaviours
Weekly intentional and consistent action on plans to realize the positive change you need

03 — Individual Sessions
If you have a short-term need or would like to test-drive a session with your future coach, worksapien offers a number of single session options and smaller bundles which can be purchased and booked directly including:
Interview Prep Intensive - Customized Interview strategy and practice for an upcoming interview or to prepare general skills for future interviews. (1.5 hours) - Email for last minute availability.
Coach Strategy Session - A first meeting opportunity to explore the coach-client fit and get a sense of the coaching style or to work through a time-bound career decision. (1.5 hours)
Positive Intelligence Program - The PQ mental fitness program is an app-based course and mindfulness program designed to understand and address self-sabotage, create a daily mindfulness habit and build confidence in moving forward on big goals. (8 weeks)
